WHY Donate?

Menstruation is a biological process just like puberty and aging are. One doesn’t have much control or choice over this process. However, in many areas of the world, menstruators are ostracized from their communities. Menstruators deserve to go through this experience with dignity and have the basic resources to manage their symptoms in a way that doesn’t affect their daily lives and responsibilities. Your donations will allow us to help many people experience menstruation with dignity and respect by ensuring that everyone has access to adequate menstrual products, resources, and education to make informed decisions about their bodies.

BECOME A CODE RED CLUB MEMBER

Interested in playing a more consistent role in the fight to end period poverty?

Join our Code Red Club by chipping in every month to help WRI further our mission. To show our gratitude for your support, the first 15 members to join will be featured on the WRI website, in an upcoming WRI newsletter, and will also receive a handwritten thank-you card from one of our very own!

WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES

Your generosity paves the way for one less girl to drop out of school due to lack of access to hygienic menstrual products. Your donations will provide young women in these communities with an opportunity to continue their education and live much healthier lifestyles. Your gift aids our team in their efforts to design and implement a pad product that will not only empower the women it aims to serve, but a pad that will also be environmentally-friendly. Your continued support encourages our teams to continue doing this work, to continue spreading awareness, and knowledge on this pressing issue.
